Is there a way to create file browser panel in Sketchup's default tray?

I’m using Sketchup pro 2016. i’m wondering if there’s a way to browse some model files (ex: my furniture models that i’ve been saving in File Explorer) while using sketchup (without closing/minimizing the current sketchup file I’m using).

You can use the component browser to view local collections saved on your hard drive. They can be dragged directly from there into the model space.

oh, thanks for the info. i thought it could only be able to used as a 3Dwarehouse browser, but turns out, it can be used as a local model files browser as well
