I have a disk and license for version 2 that I never used, and the subsequent versions. Got the version 2 belonging to a discounted SketchUp/Artlantis bundle when I already had version 3.

Sorry, no- I don’t know if we can even generate licenses for those old versions any more.
The oldest version I can put my hands on at the moment is …1.3. Runs great on Windows NT 4
