Installation problem about module ThumbsUp.dll

I just installed Sketchup Make 2017 (french version) and it’s not possible to finish the installation. I have this message “Echec de l’inscription du module C:\ProgramFiles\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\ThumbsUp… HRESULT-2147024703” (Failure about module module writing C:\ProgramFiles\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\ThumbsUp… HRESULT-2147024703).
I point out I’ve just formated my hard disk, so my windows install is new.

Did you install SketchUp the right and only way?

Meaning: right clicked on the installation file and choose ‘run as administrator’
