Install error SketchUp 2019 Pro

Hello Community,

On a Windows 10 pc I get a error installing sketchup 2019 pro: Can’t register: thumbsup.dll
If I ignor this error and run the setup to the end. I can’t open SketchUp. It reports its missing some dll files.

Hello Colin,

I did remove SketchUp 2019 and Microsoft visual C++ 2017 and 2015. Reinstall SketchUp 2019 pro. No errors thios time. It installed also Microsoft visual C++ 2017. Now will SketchUp start without any error.
