indian numbers in sketchUp LayOut, How can I write numbers in Hindi in sketchUp LayOut, like that ٣٢٣٣٥٥٣٤٥٤٢?

Fonts in LayOut come from your system fonts. You’d need to select the correct font in Text Style.
