When I try to import a DWG file… half of the entities are ignored. So I end up with a drawing with no text or dimensions or hatches … Does anyone know how i can get sketchup to import the full DWG file?

Look at the Help files on importing CAD files. Text and some other entities are not supported.
Thanks again.Always super helpfull… Im so frustrated…This has ended up being kind of a nightmare… It has been nearly impossible to work with Sketchup and all the other contractors of the proyect here. They havent been able to use the files I send them and I cant open or import the ones that they send me in order to include them in the layout set of plans… I am going to have to end up buying autocad for my next proyect…
