Import model with Material?

Hi all,

I have created a mesh in Cinema 4D and applied a material (just a plain texture really) with correct mapping. I would like to import that mesh as is, with its texture into Sketchup.

I tried exporting to .DAE but when I import the .DAE file into Sketchup it has no texture/material.

Is there a folder of materials next to the .dae file, where the folder has the same name as the DAE?

Could you zip compress the .dae and its folder and upload it somewhere for us to try?
