This is my first message from France, and i’d like to thank you for any advice.
I have beeen using sketchup viewer VR for more than year now with the HTC Vive 3D headset. It was working like a Charm.
I had to identify inside Sketchup viewer VR (via a webpage appearing on my PC) with my Sketchup pro ID, so I could access the files, I had dropped on the Trimble Cloud.
These last days, When I identify myself with the same credits, Sketchup Viewer VR (inside the Headset) notifies me that I only have a free account.
Does anyone could give me a piece a advice, of what I have got to do to access my files again.
Inside the headset, in Sketchup viewer Pro, files are appearing but are locked.

I have exactly the same error. I have an active subscription to 2024 Pro, but Viewer MK says that I have a free license and does not allow me to view my files. Couldn’t find a solution to this problem.
Same problem. Viewer VR says it cannot verify my Pro licence, and has locked my files already loaded into Viewer VR. Also cannot upload new files
FYI, I have tried having Sketchup open (and logged in) as well as closed. Same issue
If anyone has a solution, would greatly appreciate it
