I have Sketchup 2021 pro. I am creating a model and sending to layout. When I click on send to layout I get a message that says you are not licensed. I want to sketchup and it says I am licensed. What is happening
You have an AOL mail and a Gmail one. The Pro subscription is under the Gmail address. It looks like you recently signed in with the AOL address, and that one seems to only have SketchUp Free.
So, check if you are currently signed in with your Gmail address.
