I’m having trouble using the follow me tool to get what i am trying to do, i have labeled what i am trying to do in the sketch up file, please read the text in order( Text #1, then #2, and so on).

Follow me doesn’t work like that. I would use the Curviloft Plugin for that. You would just select the contour and run it.
