I instaled sketchup trough this machine on external HDD but i reformated it and all data was lost. And when I want to install ketchup on my main pc (it has been 2 months from instalation to ext. HDD) and sill asks for disc E:\ (ext. HDD). Pls help

You should never put ketchup or any other condiment on any PC. It’s bad for it and it doesn’t make sense to do so.
So, when you try to install SketchUp on your PC, the installer asks for a disc, correct? Have you tried downloading/running a new installer.exe?
The Windows file system doesn’t easily abstract the physical location (hard drive) from the path where the system/software expect the program. It may be stored everywhere in settings. It is safe to keep the default.
If the installer (repair/change) still asks for E:\, you may have to remove traces from the previous SketchUp installation by opening regedit and deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017
