I need help creating a skin (like when using soap skin & bubble, but it doesn’t work) between 3 arches, haven’t tried Curviloft yet but before buying it I would like to know if it can do it.
Share the .skp file so we can see your exact setup. Curviloft would probably make quick work of it.
What version of SketchUp are you really using? There is no Free Plan of SketchUp 2018 and never has been. Are you using a cracked version?

Curviloft will work fine.
If I were modeling that I would model a quarter of it using Curviloft to create a skin for the outer surface. Then I would copy and flip to make the other three quarters to end up with something like I show on the right side.
I see you changed your user name but still show you are using “Free Plan 2018” so I guess you are using a cracked version?
