Where have you been saving the file while working on it?

Your forum profile says you are using “Free Plan” of SketchUp 2019. Does that mean you’re using a cracked version?

What operating system? “2019” is not an operating system.

2019, version no problem , but when i working , suddenly the power went out, then i turned it back on and opened the fie , then the file couldn’tbe opened , informasi system is " this does not appear to be a sketchupmodel"

But is it a cracked version? There is no Free Plan of SketchUp 2019 as you put in your forum profile.

It sounds like it was corrupted in the computer crash. Were you saving to an external drive?

Historically that’s been shown to be a problem.

A typical template without any model geometry in it is much more than that. I guess you can write that one off.

I also assume you actually are using a cracked version of SketchUp. This has also been shown to be problematic.

Yes. A 5.8 Kb SketchUp file has absolutely nothing in it.
