You do not give us much to work on. What version of SketchUp (your profile says 2018 but the icons on your desktop say 2016)? What version of V-Ray? What version of Windows? What type of computer? What graphics card? Have you sent in your crash reports?
Have you tried updating your graphics card driver? Does SketchUp work if you deactivate or remove V-Ray?
