I need help with this issue. I forgot to pay the monthly subscription last week, now it says “expired” and can’t open it. Then, I paid the previous billing.
Would that change in a couple of hours or days? Or should I buy another to be able to use sketch up?
I still see your monthly subscription as being expired yesterday. If you did pay for it to be renewed, it should be renewed. You could contact Support to ask them to look at what is wrong. Use this form:
Thanks for the response! I thought the subscription would overlap the existing if I start a new one. So when it expired, it really is not existing anymore. Thanks for the info!!!
