I don't know how to make unconventional roof, help!

I want to make the orange color to be a surface, and the red line to be the edge of that surface. The thing is I don’t know how to make the surface from point A to B where it touch every surface on top on the circle-like-doughnut thing (I highlight it down what surface to touch)
