I can't make any projects

I have used Sketchup for Web version 5 weeks. But today I lost all my files and I cant’s make any projects to save my file.

Are you signing in with the same e-mail address you used before?

What browser are you using? What do you mean you can’t make any projects? Can you open SketchUp Free? You have to give a lot more detail if you want help.

I use chrome browser. I can open SketchUp Free, but as you see the photo.
I can’t save my work, because it says “Something went wrong trying to load this folder.”
It worked fine until yesterday

Presumably you’re working on the Asia server. There may be an issue with that server today. Others have reported similar.

Ahh that’s what happened. Yes I chose Asia Server… Thank you so much for your help.
