I cant get Vray to work

I’ve had sketchup pro for a few years, but I wanted to see what vray is all about. I upgraded to studio, but I can not get vray to work at all.

496: License communication initialization error | -2: Configuration file does not exist: /Users/****/.ChaosGroup/vrlclient.xml

Indeed, when I go there, vrlclient.xml does not exist.

http://localhost:30304 shows my studio license with 2 available and 0 in use.

What steps am I missing here?!?!

Have you asked Customer Support at Chaos Group?

Thanks, should have done that first! Sketchup gave me pages and pages of troubleshooting which made no sense, chaos’s chatbot told me to just create the xml file
