If you are referring to the 3D Warehouse, it supports the current and previous two versions of SketchUp. So 2026, 2025, and 2024 are supported. SketchUp 2023 is no longer supported.
Are you using a cr acked version of SketchUp 2023? If you have a legitmate subscription you can update to SketchUp 2026 and that will give you access to the 3D Warehouse.

Why didn’t you just indicate the 3D Warehouse in your original post?
As I told you, the 3D Warehouse no longer supports SketchUp 2023 especially cr acked versions. Get a legal subscription for SketchUp and update to SketchUp 2026. Then you’ll have access to the 3D Warehouse content.
But when I use a different Gmail account, I can download normally. It’s just this specific account that doesn’t work

AFAIK a legitimate SketchUp subscription account has no 3D Warehouse download limit.
Probably raising a support ticket would be the right move here. Nobody on the community forum can help you with this
