Can't download anything from the 3D warehouse or preview warehouse models in 3D

Everytime I try to download something from the warehouse I get a notification saying the “file wasn’t available on site” like this:

And when I try to view it in 3D in the preview tab, an error window pops up saying “The specified model could not be loaded”

I tried previewing and downloading models in both versions but get the same results each time. Today is this the first time this has happened and I haven’t downloaded anything from the warehouse or even used sketchup in a week or two so I doubt the problem’s that I reached a limit downloads or anything…

Please help, my model’s due today and I’m getting worried

There’s a limit to the number of SketchUp models you can get from the 3D Warehouse if you aren’t a paid subscriber.

Does that mean you are using a cracked version?
