copy paste all into a new model and see if you can zoom extents…

John seems to be on to it. It’s hard to tell how your model got balled up but you can select it all and copy it to a new file. That seems to take care of it.
By the way, you might want to learn about using groups and components as well as getting proper face orientation. It’ll make your model easier to work with.
