I need to make a cord that comes from a extension cord and connects to the plug. I tried the clothworks, but it goes through the floor. I wish i could pin point the two ends and somehow it all connects. I tried using the freehand line, but its hard to draw it perfectly from point A to point B. Taking any suggestions!!
You need to make the floor a ‘collider’. Search YouTube for tutorials about basics of ClothWorks.

There are various tools that can give you a result, which you use and how very much depends on what you need it to do.
This is a simple follow me with a bezier curve. As a bezier it can be manipulated as much as you want to a specific shape.

Another option to consider, no extensions, simply understanding the tools available.
You can use the line tool to create a path and the two point arc tool to round the corners and then follow me to finish.
