is there any tool or acurate way to verify that the geometry is fully close and weld well,
the reason why I need to export into another file and it says that the geometry has openins
what can I do?

SketchUp always weld vertices/edges that overlap. You can’t draw unwelded meshes in SketchUp. If you import something that is unwelded I think SketchUp tries to fix it for you.
To find out if something is a solid, use Solid Inspector by ThomThom.
