Just what the title says, to remove it completely from the Installed Programs list because just using the MSI uninstaller only partially uninstalls it.

Unfortunately, that is the case with most programs, bits are left scattered accross the storage media. Look in Program Data, program Files and App data\roaming and App Data\local. You may need to make these viewable, due to security settings.
Revo uninstaller can get rid of all the residual files.
