Hi @epekaarccw there are a number of rendering apps available out there but the issue is that they all require some learning and skill to get a halfway decent render. If you are looking for a quick and cheap option, my go to in the past was always Twilight Render but they have ended support for it.
If you are willing to spend some money for a license, I find Lumion and Twinmotion have the easiest learning curve although they were expensive last time I looked. If cost is an issue, I know there was a way to use Blender to produce renders although I personally found the learning curve for that quite steep.
Really, the question is what you value most. If you are under a time crunch, you may need to purchase a rendering program and/or update SketchUp. If time is not an issue it can be done for free with other programs.
