I’m a new user, just signed up for Shop version. I was trying out the free version, but after paying for annual license, not sure how I get started with Shop version. Can you help ?

Did you sign in with the e-mail address and password you used when you purchased the license?
Do you have the SketchUp Free watermark when you start a new file?
Open SketchUp Shop the same way you opened Free, by going to Trimble Identity . As long as you are signed in with the same ID you used to purchase Shop you will automatically be directed to open a new modeling window in Shop.
