How to set diferent colors to lines?

I work with hundreds of Enscape Proxies and it is difficult to see what model are they…It would be wonderful to be able to differentiate them with difirent colors on their contours. Are there ways?

P.S: I tried to write their names but the text wont stick only to the proxies…it sticks on the screen…

Can you tag them and use ‘color by tag’?

Not sure if your proxies can have Edges and no Faces?

If so you could experiment with Colour by Material - Styles>Edit>Edge Settings>Colour by Material.

I do that all the time with Sections I create using ‘Create Group from Slice’.
