How to select only objects from the other side of the face?

Select wall, press delete, select what’s inside, press Ctrl+Z, press delete

The problem is that is hard to select tons of objcts that are in a curved line position and very close to the ones I don’t want to delete

I guess you could delete that whole rounded thing and draw a new one just on the outside with follow-me..
