That file is nearly half-filled with zeroes. There’s nothing recoverable there.
What version of SketchUp are you really using? SketchUp for Schools is a web based version for school children. Are you actually using a cr acked version of SketchUp? What operating system? Where have you been saving the file while working on it? Did you experience a power failure? Why is there no backup copy?
skp 2025 , i5 8gb windows , saving on the path file created, maybe file was crashed during a save, autosave and backup was turned off cuz it hangs the file

Could be when it happened.
That’s an unfortunate way to deal with it. Usually hangs during saving are due to bloated file size due to poor file management or slow access to the save location.
I already answered that.
Start all over again as soon as possible.
