How to Pierce a Solid with a Hole at a Chosen Angle

I want to pierce a solid with a hole at 75 degrees. This will represent a dowel piercing a board. I can draw the dowel at the requisite angle but cannot figure out how to have its center axis pierce the board at the correct point.

I searched, but I couldn’t phrase an argument that returned a hit.

TIA

Make a cylinder out of the piece, then insert into position you want and use “intersect” tool.

Thank you, gentlemen!

I needed reminding of the Intersect command. I rarely use it and had forgotten it.

That’s a good idea Guido.

That makes a solid item … Neat But I need a hole THROUGH a part at say 97 degrees Hole like say 3 inches in diameter . . 7 degrees off Horizontal . . Up grade Part for my Veggie slicer For Carrots . . Make Salads faster LOL … using Push Pull I get left over stuff And wen I delete left over hold goes away !

It sounds like you are missing some simple step. If you can share your model here (drag and drop into the reply window if less than 16MB), we can give a more definite answer.
