The SketchUp pro software worked fine for me as a trial on my new Windows 11 computer (galaxy 360 pro). When I purchased a subscription it would allow me to download the software but would not allow me to open the software or previously built files……If that makes sense.
I had issues with the software opening in general but also opening previously saved files. After several resets and 14 days of time, it seems the program operates normally again. Very strange.
If I clicked on the program, it would bring me to the general start-up screen, however the page would not load.
