For older SketchUp versions (before v2017,):

Download the RBZ Jim linked to above, and save it someplace easy to find.

Then open SketchUp, and go to:
Window > Preferences > Extensions
Click the “Install Extension …” button, and browse to the RBZ file, select it, and press the OK button.
