I’m new to Layout, sorry if it’s a silly question. I’m trying to create a label and point to 4 different things with one note. I figured I would label one and then just draw 3 other arrows back to the text. Is there an easy way to do this.

Yep, you can use the Line tool (L) and once selected or after you draw a line you can change the shape style to add an arrow to the end! This is where you will find all kinds of goodies to change your drawing properties.
