How to create organic shapes?

Hello everyone, I’m new to SketchUp and I’m wondering if it’s possible to create the organic shapes that I’ve attached here. Is there an easy way to achieve this within SketchUp, perhaps using a plug-in? Alternatively, should I consider using a different software for this type of structure
