How do I reorder scenes to change the basic animation

The sketchup animation takes place in the order of the scenes. How do I reorder them?

Rearrange the scenes in the Scenes window. There are arrows for moving the selected scene(s) up or down in the list.

R-click on the scene tab and select Move Right or Move Left.

Or open Window/Scenes and reorder the there - not at my computer to check, but I think you can drag and drop there to reorder.
