I need to print a drawing so that one inch on the drawing is one inch on the printed copy. ie Full scale

Easiest way to do it is set up a scene in SketchUp with the appropriate view and the camera set to Parallel Projection, send to LayOut and set the resulting viewport to have a scaled of 1:1. Of course choose a paper size that will allow your model to fit at full size. Export a PDF file from LayOut and print that with no scaling.
