How do I make this texture?

In the interior I need to show one of the walls with art on it. The visualizer is v-ray. I have the texture as a jpeg file. How do I transfer it to the wall and make a nice visualization?

Try to import the jpg and specify “Use as texture” in the Import dialog window.
