How can you transfer a sketch up pro file into sketch free in trimble connect I can't figure it out

I have a Pro file I want to get into my trimble connect account to show at a presentation. My laptop does not have Pro so I need the file in Sketch Up Free for the presentation on an Apple. I tried several times to get the file in with no success. Am I missing something here

You mean you’re having trouble uploading the file to Connect?

What have you tried to do? It should be as simple as saving to TC from Pro, then login into SketchUp for Web with the same credentials and opening the file form TC.

Yes I just can’t figure out how to get it in there

If you have a current SketchUp Pro license you do not need to use SketchUp Free at all. You have SketchUp Go. In SketchUp Pro go to File>Trimble Connect and choose Publish. Then on the other computer sign in to your Trimble Connect account and open the file in SketchUp Go or use the online viewer.

When you go to the Explorer, do you click on “Add” in the upper right corner and then go down to “upload files”?
TrimbleConnect

I am an idiot I just realized I could not save the file because I never name the file That was my problem. The simplest answer is usually the correct one Sorry to waste everybody’s time

Never mind

No worries. Happens to the best of us.

Thanks, Dave I will do that I hope you read my post . I’m glad I’m not in a class of students right now It would be very embarrassing
