In Sketchup, under Help, click on “Check for updates”. Then follow the instructions in the window.

Your profile is a bit confusing, are you using the free web version or sketchup 2020? You can’t upgrade anymore if you have a permanent license. You’ll have to sign in on your Trimble account, go to my products, there you’ll see the sketchup versions you have and the option to upgrade.
Well, with the free web version, you don’t have to worry about updating anyway. It happens automatically.
