Everything stretches when I make them bigger. Is there a way to prevent this?
Separate the panel into three components. One for the top with the rabbet, one for the middle section, and one for the bottom with the dado. Then resize the middle section (which is a scaling operation) and move the top section match. Note that if the shelf pin holes are included as geometry on the center section of the panel, they will get scaled in size and spacing as the panel length changes. You can make the shelf pin holes as components and change the quantity as a function of the length of the center section.
