I have an object in sketchup. I export it and import it in sketchup(an object imported and exported as one). I want object when I import is same position with an object in sketchup. I have tried and when I import .skp it stuck my mouse.
What are you trying to accomplish?
An ‘object’ can be many things: edges, faces, groups, components and combinations.
When you import another SketchUp model, it is inserted as Component. It will ‘hang’ on your cursor, on the origin of the axes of that SketchUp model (file), ready to be moved on a location in the current model.
If you have drawn the objects at the right place, and import that in the new model, just leave it at the origin.
