Needing some help today, I’m modelling a perforated panel and was wondering if there was a way to trim out the entire pattern from the panel in one go instead of solid tools-ing one by one 
Appreciate all the help!
The modelling:
Instead of having separate parts of the trimming objects make them just one solid group. You can do that using solid tools or explode and group them.
If you think ahead you can do that by drawing the flat outline (single face) of the cut on a flat panel (single face). Delete the cut (the face inside). Then move/copy that cut (the perimeter) over the panel as desired.
Finally you use 'Push/Pull to give the panel its thickness.
