You can do this in Layout that comes with the PRO version.

In SketchUp you cannot edit the slash length.

However, Dimension Text and its Leader Lines can be displayed two ways.
In certain situations you might find one way preferable to the other.

Points As a fixed text size in relation to the screen.
Model size varies relative to the text with changes in camera position.
Examples:
As you zoom out, the model appears smaller, but the text size on screen remains constant.

The dimension font settings are found at Window > Model Info > Dimensions > Fonts
You can also adjust font size in the Entity Info box.
