Hi, I’m fairly new to layout and sketchup and am putting together notes and drawings for a construction company. I’m looking for a way to automate ‘captioning or naming’ my images.
For example, Figure 1, 2 or 3. At the moment I am awkwardly working around this using page numbers, (but as I also want page numbers this is not great!)
can you elaborate more on what you are trying to achieve…?
e.g. do you one image per page or more than one?
are you able to share the Layout file?

I can’t share the file as it has too much personal information in it, but I can answer the question.
Yes I have more than one image per page. What I’d like to do is have each image in the document automatically numbered.
