Hide pages in export feature in Pages window

I’d like a feature to look into a more easier and visual way of marking what pages to include in an export or not.

In my mind itd be a simple right click on the page item or an icon in the list of pages similar to the ‘Include in Presentation’ buttons

I wonder if it’s possible via a Ruby script to access page names or thumbnails (user’s choice) and display them in a window there the desired pages could be selected for export.
