Hidden Objects Geometry

Hello. I am new to SketchUp. I had been using a trial of the Pro version. When my trial expired, I purchased the Web version. I won’t be using SketchUp all that often, so the cost of the Pro version was a bit more than I wanted to spend.

In the pro version, when I hide an object it would completely hide the object. I could then turn on the hidden object geometry from the view menu. In the Web version, there is no View menu, so I cannot turn on or off the option to view the hidden object geometry. Is there a way to hide the geometry lines of a hidden object in the Web version? I find it extremely frustrating that when I hide the object, it leaves the geometry of the hidden object. This makes it nearly impossible to work with anything that is behind the object I am hiding.

Thank you!

It’s more useful to use Tags for visibility.

Go to Styles > Edit > Model Settigs > Hidden Objects or Hidden Geometry

Fantastic! Thank you for this information. So helpful!
