Share the SKP file. It’s impossible to tell exactly what you are trying to do from that screen shot.
Follow Me will only follow one path.
I’m not sure what you mean by “I can only seem to make it follow one path”. Do you mean that it won’t work on any path except the one shown in your image? It won’t handle three-way or greater joints such as occur several places in your image, but should give you an error message about the path not being valid.
We need more info about the exact steps you are following and your skp file would also be a help.
