I am working on this long time, I saved file two days ago and today i want to continue working but file keeps crushing and it`s not opening. Can anyone help I am super scared that I lost my work?

This is Sketch Up 2024, the file is too big so I am sending we transfer link: Unique Download Link | WeTransfer I tried to open new file and import this, same thing happens. I opened some other projects, they work fine. Probably I added some decoration from 3D warehouse that messed up whole file but I saved normaly and program didn`t offer to fix erorrs or anythingâŚ

yeah, so the file opens here, but itâs a big pile of heavy stuff downloaded from the warehouse.

the balls on that ottoman placed outside of the building ? 1,9M entities.
not everything that glitters is gold, the reason why some models looks super detailed in the warehouse is because they were made in other softwares with a very high level of polygons. thatâs how you end up with a file with more than 10 million polygons.
at the same time, you didnât group anything you made. the floor and walls are raw geometry.
I canât help but notice that you donât show as being connected on the top right of the hope window. nor does it show the time left until your subscription expires. and your profile says âfree planâ. you wouldnât be running a cracked version by any chance ? could explain thingsâŚ
Sketch Up was already installed on this laptop, I honestly donât know how to check is it cracked or not. I am on work travel, i took laptop that belongs to company I work for. On my PC i have free version, but here I am not sure. Is it possible to purge and delete all of that and upload back to me? So I donât design the whole thing from stage zero?
You should be able to login by clicking that little figure in the upper right corner. When it is legit and you are logged in properly it will have a little check mark.
Youâll probably have to wait until you get back to the office and clean it up on a proper machine. Your âwork laptopâ doesnât seem to be powerful enough to handle all the stuff you put into the model.
