When I’m laying out lines or boxes, it seems my units of measurements can only be placed in increments of 1/8".
Is there a way to change this to a smaller measurement like 1/16"? Also if I draw out a box, is there a way to type in the dimensions I want and have it adjust to those specifications?
Same thing with rotating and object, is there a shortcut to rotating things to fixed 45 or 90 degrees?
In the Window menu, Model Info, then Units, you can set the precision.
With rotation, as you rotate it will slightly snap to the nearest 45 degrees.
For any change of anything, once you start the action you can type numbers. For example, start rotating something and before you finish type 47 enterkey. The rotation will go to exactly 47 degrees.
