Do you mean to model it in SketchUp or build it for real?
Sorry for not being clear. Built in SketchUp please.
I’d start with a box, round the top corners by drawing arcs on the end and pushing to the opposite end. Then an arc on the bottom and Follow Me around the end of the island. Finally outline the knee space and the toe kick and use Push/Pull.
